Under art. 13 GDPR (European Regulation 679/2016), I acknowledge that the undersigned authorizes the Foundation to take photo / audiovisual recordings and agrees to their publication for social causes, including promotional activities, as identified in the Foundation’s articles of association, within the methods and limits indicated in the information notice which I declare to have read and understood, aware that the photos and videos may be used in any format or post‐production adaptation, even combined with images of other participants in the initiatives.
This authorization is granted without time and/or territorial limits and shall be understood to include reproduction, publication, sharing and dissemination of the participant's image or audio and/or video recordings, via websites and/or social profiles used for the promotion of the Foundation’s social purpose, always safeguarding the dignity and decorum of identifiable people.

In the wonderful setting of the Rome Polo Club, a special day dedicated to sport and solidarity in support of the medical programs of Operation Smile.

The event, combined with the Finals of the Italian Championship - U.S. Polo Assn. 2025, will unite sport and solidarity with the goal of raising funds to support Operation Smile’s surgical programs in Madagascar to assist and treat children and adults with a cleft and palate condition.
